Sunday Workout

For time:

50 Sumo deadlift high pulls (45 lbs)
25 Pull-ups
20 Overhead squats (65 lbs)
15 Kettlebell swings (1.5 pood)
10 Burpees
Run 400 meters
10 Burpees
15 Kettlebell swings (1.5 pood)
20 Overhead squats (65 lbs)
25 Pull-ups
50 Sumo deadlift high pulls (45 lbs)

My time: 22 minutes

Nicely done. Were each group of exercises done as part of a single set or did you break them down into samller sets with a short rest?

No rest.
Do it straight through resting only if absolutely necessary (i.e. to avoid vomiting!)
It was quite fun.
